What we’re looking for:
- Experience in IBM products and technologies such as IBM WebSphere, IBM MQ Series, IBM Business Automation Workflow and IBM DB2
- Experience in configuration, administration and troubleshooting to ensure system performance and reliability
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze and resolve complex technical issues
- Effective communication skills with the ability to collaborate with team members and stakeholders at all levels
